Contraception is everyone's business! Whether diaphragms, condoms, IUDs, NFP or the pill - everyone who has sex should be concerned with the question: Which contraception is safe and suits me? There is a wide range of hormonal methods of contraception and also non-hormonal methods. Each has its advantages and disadvantages. Not every method suits every person and not every stage of life.

In this guide, gynecologist Dr. Mirjam Wagner explains and examines contraception and sexual education from a medical, historical, social and feminist perspective. She also shows what innovations could await us in the future for men/sperm-forming men - keyword: contraception.
