Ein dreifaches helau, helau, helau! Es wird bunt im Volksgarten. 🎊 Am 1. März laden wir euch herzlich zur Karneval-Ausgabe des Volksgarten parkruns Düsseldorf ein. Egal ob ihr laufen, gehen, helfen oder einfach anfeuern möchtet – verkleidet macht alles noch mehr Spaß!

📍 Wann? Samstag, 1. März, um 9:00 Uhr

📍 Wo? Ballonwiese im Volksgarten

👉 Egal ob ihr als Superheld, Fantasiefigur oder ohne Verkleidung kommt, ihr seid herzlich willkommen! 🦸‍♀️🐯🧚

👉 Ob im Wohlfühltempo oder mit närrischer Energie – euer Tempo bestimmt ihr selbst!

Gut zu wissen:

🕒  Ab ca. 8:45 Uhr findet eine Einweisung für Erstläuferinnen und Erstläufer sowie eine Einweisung der Laufleitung auf Deutsch und auf Englisch statt.

So seid ihr dabei:

1️⃣ Registriert euch kostenlos unter www.parkrun.com.de/register

2️⃣ Bringt euren Barcode mit.

3️⃣ Genießt den närrischen Gemeinschaftslauf!

Ein Ticket braucht ihr nicht – parkrun ist und bleibt kostenlos.

Get ready for a colorful parkrun! 🎊 On 1 March, we warmly invite you to our Carnival Edition of Volksgarten parkrun Düsseldorf. Whether you want to run, walk, volunteer, or cheer – everything is more fun in costume!

📍 When? Saturday, 1 March, at 9:00 AM

📍 Where? Ballonwiese in Volksgarten

👉 Whether you are dressed as a superhero, fantasy character or not in fancy dress at all – you are very welcome to participate! 🦸‍♀️🐯🧚

👉 If you are planning to run or walk, you can do so at your own pace!

Good to know:

🕒 From around 8:45 AM, there will be a briefing for first-time participants as well as a briefing by the run director, held in both German and English.

2️⃣ Bring your barcode.

3️⃣ Enjoy the festive community run!

No ticket required – parkrun is and always will be free.
