Wir freuen uns, eine neue Ausgabe unserer Immersive Sensory Experience „Natural“ ankündigen zu können, die am Dienstag, den 08. Oktober zur gleichen Zeit, 19Uhr MEZ.

Die Ergebnisse der Veranstaltungen der letzten Wochen in dem größeren Raum waren großartig, also werden wir dort weitermachen, bis ein großer Schritt angekündigt wird.

Saumeth erzählt auf subtile Weise die Interaktion zwischen Individuen, ihrer unmittelbaren Umgebung und Klanglandschaften als eine vollständige Komposition, die Teil der intrinsischen „Echtzeit“-Synergie des Ausdrucks ist und das individuelle wie kollektive Verständnis widerspiegelt.

Saumet schafft einen Raum für die Verbindung von Individuen und schafft eine Atmosphäre für emotionale Erweiterung und mentale Entspannung, die Kanäle zur Meditation öffnet. Die Visuals laden die Besucher dazu ein, ihren Geist zu erforschen, während sie in einen illusorischen Raum aus audiovisuellen, intrinsischen Bildern eintauchen, die Raum schaffen, um ihre unmittelbaren Gedanken und Empfindungen durch leuchtende Farben auszudrücken.

Eine kurze Pranayama-Reise: Atembewusstsein und Entspannung

Mach dich auf eine kurze Pranayama-Reise gefasst, die deinen Geist beruhigt und deine Sinne weckt. Wir beginnen mit einem sanften Warm-up, gefolgt von einer kurzen Erkundung von Pranayama-Techniken und ihren Vorteilen. Dann tauchen wir ein in eine geführte Atembewusstseinsübung, um einen reflektierenden, traumähnlichen Zustand zu kultivieren. Schließlich schließen wir mit einer tief entspannenden Savasana ab, um die Erfahrung zu integrieren.

Rechne mit etwa 15-30 Minuten, in denen du in die Musik und den Rhythmus deines Atems eintauchst. Am Ende dieser Reise wirst du dich erfrischt, zentriert und bereit fühlen, den Tag mit neuer Klarheit anzugehen.

We are pleased to announce a new edition of our Immersive Sensory Experience "Natural", next Tuesday 08. October at the same time, 7:00 PM CET.

Regarding the artist, Saumet, a Berlin-based multidisciplinary artist, will perform a 120-minute hybrid set inspired by the dynamics of real life, the synergy of their recent travels, and their current soundscapes. Their live compositions are always a fresh surprise influenced by the audience."

Saumeth narrates subtly the interaction between individuals, their immediate environment and soundscapes as a full composition part of the intrinsic "real-time" synergy of expression that reflects the individual as collective understanding.

The sound design is interpreted uniquely each time, as an expression of human improvisation affected by the audience, i.e. it syntactically reads the development of social behaviours and surrounding understandings where forms and architecture are central to their connection.

Saumet creates a room for the connection of individuals, crafting an atmosphere for emotional extension and mental relaxation that open channels to meditate. Visuals invite attendees explore their minds as they immerse themselves in an illusory space of audiovisual intrinsic imagery, creating room to express their immediate thoughts and sensations through glow-in-the-dark colours.

He creates an environment for meditation and relaxation. You can come to explore their sound through sound design and visuals, as well as to relax yourself or even paint.

A Pranayama Journey: Breath Awareness and Relaxation

Embark on a short Pranayama sequence designed to calm the mind and awaken the senses. We'll begin with a gentle warm-up, followed by a brief exploration of Pranayama techniques and their benefits. Then, we'll dive into a guided breath awareness practice to cultivate a reflective, dreamlike state. Finally, we'll conclude with a deeply relaxing Savasana to integrate the experience.

Expect to spend approximately 15-30 minutes immersing yourself in the music and the rhythm of your breath. By the end of this journey, you'll feel refreshed, centered, and ready to face the day with renewed clarity.
