Hi, I’m Marina. As a business trainer and lifelong learner, I help organizations and individuals lead their teams through change, communicate effectively with customers and colleagues, provide constructive feedback, and navigate conflicts. With over 15 years of experience in sales and marketing, I’ve worked as both an individual contributor and a people manager. My background includes roles at global corporations like Nike and Google, as well as dynamic scale-ups such as Criteo and AdRoll, across multiple countries and cultures.
