Am 10. Mai laden wir euch herzlich zur Eröffnung der Ausstellung IN THE BEGINNING WAS WATER ein. Für das Projekt verbrachten die Künstler*innen Kasia Zimnoch und Paweł Kleszczewski 6 Jahre in der irländischen Grafschaft Cavan und schufen eine Reihe von Filmen, Grafiken und Objekten. Die beiden Künstler*innen werden zur Eröffnung anwesend sein.
Einzelne Elemente des Projekts wurden bereits auf internationalen Kunstfestivals in Deutschland (NordART 2021, Zukunftsvisionen 2020), in den USA (Solas Nua in Washington DC 2018), in Finnland (Art Li Biennale 2018) und in Polen (InSPIRACJE, Szczecin 2017) präsentiert.
ENG: On May 10, we warmly invite you to the opening of the exhibition IN THE BEGINNING WAS WATER. For the project, the artists Kasia Zimnoch and Paweł Kleszczewski spent 6 years in the Irish county of Cavan and created a series of films, graphics and objects. Both artists will be present at the opening.
Individual elements of the project have already been presented at international art festivals in Germany (NordART 2021, Zukunftsvisionen 2020), in the USA (Solas Nua in Washington DC 2018), in Finland (Art Li Biennale 2018) and in Poland (InSPIRACJE, Szczecin 2017).
