Jake Calypso is absolutely off the chain. There has never been a concert with him where anybody in the room wasn't moving wildly. He even managed to stage dive from the bar in the little Bassy Lounge, back in the day! His mix of boogie and rock'n'roll is deadly. Of course he's a big name in the rockabilly scene, but his sound has much deeper roots and he even recorded a record with John Lee Hooker's nephew Archie. Jake reaches the deepest primal instincts in everyone to go crazy and dance like nobody's watching.
