About Lukas Flint from Chirohouse
Lukas was born and raised in Berlin and has a lifelong passion for movement. His journey into strength training and yoga began 16 years ago, sparking a deep fascination that led him to explore the physical realms of strength, yoga, calisthenics, acrobatics, dance, contact improvisation, and mobility training. Driven by a thirst for knowledge, he delved into the intricacies of anatomy and nutrition, blending science with practice to understand the body on a profound level.
