 The > master of pop-house < has always been keen on playing with color and emotion, crafting immersive and extensive dramaturgies instead of bombarding the audience with plain monochrome, pounding kicks. This expressive, genre-defying skill set was arguably honed during his early days as a House DJ cutting his teeth in the techno-driven Berlin of the ’90s.
As the head of the influential Innervisions imprint, Dixon has continuously evolved his signature style — that spans many creative and interdisciplinary formats —while maintaining the cherished characteristics that define his sound. Now, we’re excited to experience Dixon’s ever-evolving musical écriture, with its pronounced focus on – sustainable? – fun.
Our cherished Blitz veteran Juliettais back to share the booth with Würzburg’s upstart Denny Votage. While Julietta celebrates buoyant Techno on hard wax and seduces with engrossing dramaturgies, Denny Voltage is working hard to put her Franconcian homeown on the dance music ma. As an avid promoter of LGBTQI+ representation with her event series Prism, her sound is just as vibrant and colourful as the crowds she plays for: a lustfull take on stomping House and Garage, Techno, Hardgroove and flashes of Trance.

Dixon und das Innervisions-Label haben seit Mitte der Nullerjahre eine einflussreiche, nuancierte und farbenreiche wie gefühlvolle Form von House kultiviert.
Auch wenn sich Steffen Berkhahns aka Dixons Stil über die Jahre kontinuierlich weiterentwickelt und in verschiedenen kulturellen Feldern manifestiert hat, bleibt seine persönliche Handschrift unverkennbar.
Neben ihm spielt die langjährige Blitz-Resident Julietta mit einem Sound an der Schnittstelle von House und Techno, sowie die Würzburgerin Denny Voltage, die mit ihren Prism-Partys wichtige Räume für die LGBTQIA+-Szene schafft und mit einer ebenso bunten wie lustvollen Mischung aus House, Garage, Techno, Hardgroove und Trance-Akzenten glänzt.
