CaféBar

In the CaféBar, which is furnished in the style of an urban shared flat by four fictitious flatmates, there are four residents' rooms decorated in the style of each resident, a large bar designed to stylize the kitchen of the shared flat and a cosy living room area.

Theater

The theater in our building is Cologne's smallest stage with an international program. From Canadian indie insiders to local singer-songwriters and seasoned scene icons, we offer an intimate atmosphere that is perfect for quieter musical sounds as well as literature, poetry and shows. And some of the gems that we find will have to be seen in the big halls next time.

Hostel

"die wohngemeinschaft" is the hostel for special living experiences in Cologne's creative center, the Belgian Quarter. Feel at home in one of our sixteen rooms, all of which are uniquely furnished with lots of charming details. In the immediate vicinity you will find more bars, clubs, restaurants, small stores of the young fashion and designer scene, galleries, theaters and much more.

Meeting Spaces

Cologne's House of New Work! In the Meeting Space you will find unusual themed rooms for seminars, workshops, team meetings and much more on two floors. Forget everyday office life while you stay in the workflow thanks to modern conference technology! The Creative Space on the second floor will give you fresh ideas. While you can come together as hybrid teams in the Hyper Space on the second floor.
