Factory Magdeburg

As the name suggests, the factory is a factory building on the former site of the "Ernst Thälmann" heavy machinery combine. Located between Karl-Schmidt-Straße and Sandbreite in Magdeburg-Buckau, Factory 16 housed the iron foundry and the mold turning shop of the SKET works.

For over 20 years now, this trendy location has provided countless artists, from "Die Ärzte" and "Beatsteaks" to 2Raumwohnung, with a venue for unique club concerts and fantastic parties. The design of the hall offers space for up to 1000 guests, who can be served at 2 spacious, fully equipped bars. In the left half of the Factory there is a small club with a stage.
Behind it, an outdoor area serves as a beer garden and smoking area.
