The EISFABRIK is a center of the arts - theater, dance, music, visual arts and photography have their place here.

Located in the heart of Hanover's Südstadt district, the former Klareisfabrik is a venue for performances and presentations, a living and working space for a wide variety of artists and international guests.

On the approximately 5,000 square meter site with its very own flair, there are two exhibition halls, two theater halls, artist studios, music practice rooms and recording studios as well as a private music school.

EISFABRIK e.V. is the owner of the premises and the organizational umbrella of the art center. It also acts as the organizer of interdisciplinary events and operates the venue.
