We get in the mood with a cocoa ceremony and create a space for an initial exchange about our experiences with the menstrual cycle.
Knowledge
I will then introduce you to cycle knowledge from the perspective of Western medicine (hormones and co.) and TCM, as well as the spiritual, energetic and emotional components. I share insights and experiences on my own path to more health and connectedness in each of the cycle phases. There will be practical tips for a life in harmony with the cycle. There will be time and space for sharing experiences and asking questions. You will also receive a PDF workbook from me on the content taught.
We will look at how we can manage to maintain a positive approach and a loving attitude towards our cycle, including menstruation.
Mindfulness & balance
On the way to more health and vitality, we often end up with self-optimization, nutrition, supplements and sport. We want to be fit and, above all, always fit. In doing so, we sometimes forget how important relaxation, balance, our mental health and a regulated nervous system are. These factors have a strong impact on the health of our cycle.
Therefore, we will share a mindfulness and relaxation practice using gentle yoga for hormone balance.
Finally, we will learn a self-abdominal massage technique according to Arvigo, which, among other things, promotes relaxation and can have a positive effect on your cycle health. Be curious!
