In a beauty clinic, doctor Ute and saleswoman Cindy - both patients who have to share a room - get to know each other. Initially quarrelsome, the two completely different women eventually become pretty much best friends. In a champagne mood, they decide to subject their respective husbands to a fidelity test... But the project turns out differently than planned...

"Ziemlich beste Freundinnen" is - like its male counterpart "Ziemlich beste Freunde" - a feel-good comedy with 2 likeable female protagonists with whom you can laugh and recognize yourself.
