Yotam Ottolenghi: The Comfort Tour

He is one of the best-known and most influential chefs and restaurateurs in the world and has written 9 cookbooks, all of which have become bestsellers. Following his groundbreaking and successful cookbooks "Simple" and "Flavor", Comfort, Yotam Ottolenghi's most personal work to date, will be published this autumn.

The Brit by choice, who grew up in Israel, is appearing in Germany for the first time and presenting unique recipes from the world of desserts.

He gives expert tips for his own kitchen, talks about his childhood, his travels and how these experiences have influenced his cooking. Each recipe celebrates the community that can be created through cooking and the rich traditions that have been passed down from generation to generation. The celebrity chef's appearance at lit.COLOGNE special is one of only three appearances in Germany as part of his international "Comfort Tour".

With the opportunity to ask Yotam Ottolenghi questions, this unique live event builds a bridge between the author and the audience and promises a unique encounter that goes far beyond the pages of "Comfort".
