Together we will flow through a meditation, a yoga flow with soundbath and a creative part where you can design your own annual reflection/review.

The yoga flow will connect you with your emotions and creativity. Accompanied by Aleksandra from Moonlala through a unique sound bath with different singing bowls.

For your annual reflection, we will introduce you to intuitive painting and explore the Fine & One Line technique with pencils. You can then create your own personal review of the year on an individual cardboard using various materials (magazines, sayings, notes, stickers, glitter). This will create your very own work of art from your year 2024, which you can take home with you afterwards as a souvenir. You are also welcome to bring a few personal photos with you if you want to include them on your review.

Reflect on what you experienced this year and capture all the important memories. All materials are included. No previous knowledge is required to take part.

What is included?

• Guided yoga session, sound bath, meditation and creation of your annual review
• A3 cardboard, pens, glue, paints, magazines, use of yoga mats, yoga accessories

Note: The picture of the annual review at the time of booking serves as an example. As we paint with different pens and glue with different materials, it is best not to wear your latest clothes. Food and drinks are not included in the price. Feel free to bring your own drink.
