In this special session, we combine the relaxing effect of yoga with the inspiring power of painting. Together we will start with a yoga class to clear the mind, relax the body and get the creative energy flowing.

We will then immerse ourselves in an exciting painting technique that offers you new possibilities for expression. With this fresh inspiration and your newfound flow, you will create your own work of art.

You will take your painting home with you and a wonderful memory.

All you need is your yoga mat or book it and clothes that you can do yoga in and that can take color. If you don't want your yoga clothes to be colored, you can also bring something to wear over them.
