The event will be led by an experienced yoga teacher and a talented artist who will guide you through the yoga session and the creative painting phase.

In this special session, we combine the relaxing effect of yoga with the inspiring power of painting. Together we will start with a yoga class, led by an experienced yoga teacher, to clear your mind, relax your body and get your creative energy flowing.

Afterwards, an artist will introduce you to the abstract palette knife technique with acrylic paints. You will use this technique to create your own personal work of art. Everything you need for this, such as canvas, acrylic paints and palette knife, is already included. Yoga mats are also available for you to use.

You will take your painting home with you and a wonderful memory.

You will need clothes that you can do yoga in and that can take paint. If your yoga clothes are not allowed to be dyed, you can also bring something to wear over them.
