Would you like to get in the mood for a relaxing evening after work and let all your thoughts drift away? Then this yoga practice is just the thing for you to do something good for your body and mind. Together we will end the day with breathing, meditation and asanas/movement. Sophia will guide you through a yoga practice with flowing and dynamic elements, as well as static and powerful poses. You can expect an intuitive flow with soft and gentle movements that bring you into connection with yourself and your body, as well as powerful elements that challenge you and bring you into your strength. In individual poses, you will always have the chance to practice intuitively at your own pace, to flow to the music and to get into your own flow. An extended final relaxation awaits you at the end.
Please bring your own mat, a blanket, a water bottle and a small towel if necessary. It is best to come in your sports clothes. Toilets are available on site. Pack a change of clothes.
All levels. Everyone is welcome. You will be offered options and variations if required.

In 2019 Sophia completed a 200h Vinyasa & Ashtanga Yoga Teacher Training in Goa and attended various workshops and events on the topics: Breathwork, Yoga and Physiognomy, Mediation and Coaching and gained a wide range of practical experience in these areas. Since then, Sophia has been teaching with passion and enthusiasm at various locations in and around Munich.
