What: Yoga and modeling of a clay cup

Yoga Studio: Ahoi Yoga Space (downstairs) - Geibelstraße 54, 22303 Hamburg

Together we will flow through a meditation, a yoga flow and a creative modeling session with clay. This will result in your very own individually crafted clay cup, which you will take home with you four weeks later (after it has been glazed and fired twice) as a souvenir. All materials are included. No previous knowledge is required to take part.

What is included? Guided yoga session, meditation and pottery session by a yoga teacher and a ceramist. Use of our yoga mats and pottery materials included.

Note: The cup shown when booking serves as an example. The potter will explain the technique to you, but you are completely free to design your own clay cup during the event. Clay is easily washable from clothing. Food and drinks are not included in the price - so feel free to bring your own drink.
