Pain is an everyday companion for many people - whether occasional or chronic. But it doesn't have to determine how you move or perceive your body. Too often, pain goes unspoken, is accepted as something you just have to live with or is covered up by quick fixes. Yet your body has an amazing potential for relief, well-being and ease - if it gets the right support.
Pain can take many forms - perhaps you know the feeling of tension in your neck and shoulders from stress, back pain from sitting for long periods, headaches that sap your energy, joint pain that makes movement uncomfortable, or deep exhaustion from a chronic illness. Sometimes pain is caused by old injuries, recurring stress or simply by the way we use our bodies in everyday life. And it doesn't just affect the body, but also our mood, concentration and overall well-being.
This workshop is about stepping out of the experience of pain and discovering movement that feels good. Through gentle, mindful exercises, you will learn to release tension, change movement patterns and invite more ease into your body. Instead of fighting pain, we explore what feels free, comfortable and beneficial - creating space for new sensations and possibilities.
You don't need any previous experience - just openness and curiosity. Whether you have occasional discomfort or live with chronic pain, this workshop offers you the opportunity to share with others, practical tools to re-experience your body in a safe, supportive and enjoyable way.
Come along and discover how movement can give you relief, well-being and a new sense of lightness - in a safe, secure atmosphere.
This is a 2-hour workshop that costs €35 per person.
