This culinary wild herb course focuses on the flavors of wild plants. During the 2-2.5 hour mini herb walk around our grounds, there is a lot to see and learn: Which parts of plants are the culinary highlight at which time of year or a particularly good, healthy addition to the kitchen? As we are also out and about in the great outdoors, such as the Gremberger Wäldchen, plants are only identified in some places, but not collected. In this way, participants learn directly which places are suitable for collecting in urban nature - or not!
The collected wild herbs, colorful flowers and co. will be used to prepare a wild culinary snack and eaten together.
