But the choice of wine is still a lively game of lottery for you - sometimes you get lucky and find a wine that you like, sometimes you realize that you have accidentally made a mistake. In our wine seminar in Fürth for beginners, we lay the foundations for a confident and relaxed approach to wine so that you can enjoy wine even more.

• Our wine expert will welcome you to your wine seminar for beginners with a refreshing aperitif.
• On this evening, we will impart a solid knowledge of the world of wine in a sensory way and without gray theory .
• You will learn everything you need to know to enjoy wine with your eyes, nose and palate:
  • Characteristic properties of the grape varieties
  • The choice of glasses
  • Tempering wine
  • Recognizing wine styles
  • Reading wine labels
  • Tasting and enjoying wine professionally
  • Interesting facts about cultivation and production
  • Typical characteristics of the different wine countries
• We then taste 5 white wines and 5 red wines.
• By the end of the evening, you may have discovered a new favorite wine, be able to taste and describe aromas in wine more confidently and find it easier to choose new wines.
• Of course, we also take care of your physical well-being: there are small snacks of salami, ham and cheese as well as Italian white bread.

From Aglianico to Zinfandel

A good wine creates a whole world of sensory impressions in our heads. Even the color of a golden white wine makes us think of lemon groves and the glistening sun of the south. The scent of flowers reminds us of spring in an Italian piazza. And the first sip takes us on a journey to Provence, the hilly landscape around Montepulciano, the Spanish Mancha.

But finding a wine like this is not so easy. How do I find my favorite wine among all the tempting bottles with enigmatic labels? What are the differences between grape varieties and wine styles? So many questions. At our wine seminar in Nuremberg for beginners , we bring clarity to the opaque world of wine.

You will learn to taste wine in a playful way and trust your senses. Sharpen your eye for the color of cherry-red Burgundy and violet Syrah, sniff out the scent of grass, flowers, dark fruits or vanilla. And taste the complex, typical aromas of classic grape varieties. In this way, you will be able to recognize the typical aromas of a particular grape variety and decide whether this wine might suit your taste.
