In the organizer's words:

The name of the orchestra stands out among the numerous chamber orchestras: all of the musicians are trained professional musicians with international concert experience who all perform as soloists in the regular line-up of a chamber orchestra. On the other hand, the word "philharmonic" contains the core idea: quite simply the love of harmony!
