The classes have a physical or yoga-philosophical focus and include relaxation sequences, pranayama, vinyasa flows, yin yoga elements and meditation.
Regardless of whether you have yoga experience or not, you are welcome to come along!
I teach according to the principle: Yoga is for everyone!
The content of the class is geared towards the practitioner (e.g. through the use of aids). Everyone can benefit from a regular yoga practice.
