After the most successful season in the second division history of the Trier professional basketball team, the Gladiators are entering the 2024/25 season in the BARMER 2nd Basketball Bundesliga with great ambitions. Together with you as fans behind them, the VET-CONCEPT Gladiators want to attack the top once again and be one of the strongest teams in the top-class field of participants in this league. After narrowly missing out on promotion in the semi-finals of last year's play-offs, the big dream of the basketball city of Trier lives on - promotion back to the top league!

The SWT Arena, which was built in 2003, has a total capacity of 5,400 for home games of the VET-CONCEPT Gladiators. With an average attendance of over 4,000 fans in the regular season and over 5,300 in the playoffs, you regularly transform the largest event hall in Rhineland-Palatinate into a basketball temple and together we experience one of the biggest sporting events in the greater region. The home appearances of the gladiators of the modern era are always an experience for young and old - and not just for sports enthusiasts and basketball fans!
