Open-air concerts

Various Ukrainian artists who have found refuge in Germany bring the culture of their homeland to Cologne and take visitors on an energetic and authentic musical journey through various genres.

The women's choir "Ornamentum Musicum", under the direction of Yulia Abramova, will open the evening with a diverse selection of Ukrainian classics.

Afterwards, singers from the Ukraine Music Network will present well-known and unknown songs in their own arrangements. They will be accompanied by the Ukrainian-Serbian-German live band "34harmony", led by Simon Ellinghoven. The experienced jazz musicians Dima, Enno and Jovan play a colorful mix of traditional folk sounds, current pop and rock songs as well as Latin and jazz grooves. Stas Zhukovski from the Bonn Beethoven Orchestra will also be there as a special guest on the oboe.

The music festival not only provides a platform for the musicians to showcase their passion and skills, but also an opportunity for the audience to show solidarity and support during this special time.
