TJASHA GAFNER (HARFE)

Tjasha Gafner strives to intensify the beauty of the moment in each of her concerts, yet she is aware of the transience of the musical moment. She finds inspiration in galleries, literature or a good meal. At the moment, she probably has little time for all of this with an increasingly busy schedule that takes the Swiss harpist further and further away from her home country. In Potsdam, she combines the luscious elegance of late romantic original compositions with her own transcriptions of sonatas by Bach and Haydn, enriching the concert with more classical tones. In this way, Tjasha Gafner also opens up new listening experiences for herself and her audience.
