Driven by curiosity, Angela Viain embarks on a journey of exploration with each work. Experimental techniques and materials therefore characterize her work just as much as garish colors in combination with rather quiet tones. The artist's drive to take a diffuse approach to existential questions is particularly evident in the way she brings irritations and contradictions to life.
