THRAX PUNKS, the unique music group from Thrace, Greece, combines traditional Thracian sounds with modern elements to create an unmistakable sound. Using regional instruments such as the gaida (bagpipe) and the daouli (davul), combined with electric guitars and live looping, they create a fascinating mixture that integrates influences from psychedelic, ambient, math rock and punk.

The band has already played the biggest festivals in Greece and taken their music internationally to countries such as the UK, Germany, Bulgaria, Romania, Hungary, the Czech Republic and Cyprus. This tour was characterized by sold-out gigs and enthusiastic audiences.

In recent years, THRAX PUNKS have collaborated with renowned artists and composed music for cinema and theater productions. A milestone in their career was the 2021 performance of their music for Euripides' tragedy "The Bacchae" in the ancient theater of Epidaurus, as part of the Festival of Athens and Epidaurus.
