Thomas D & The KBCS present M.A.R.S. Sessions II:
Earthier and rockier than ever before

Thomas D, a name synonymous with musical innovation and artistic depth, joins forces with The KBCS to present Part II of their M.A.R.S. Sessions. After the enormous success of the first part and the incredible live realization in the Little Big Beat Studios in Liechtenstein, the new album was released in May 2024.

In the second part of the M.A.R.S. Sessions, a whole nine tracks from Thomas D's oeuvre are taken to a new level with the fantastic musicians of The KBCS - more earthy and rocking than ever before.

Thomas D: "we made the first record "M.A.R.S. Sessions I" mainly so that I could finally perform all my favorite tracks live! This work is very close to the hearts of the KBCS and myself and you can feel all these emotions and feelings at our live concerts. There are two songs on the first album that really take off, namely "Uns trennt das Leben" and "Flüchtig". While performing, we realized, especially the guys from KBCS, that it's unbelievably fun to really let loose on stage. This gave rise to the idea of making a second record, which is mainly rocking and goes forward!"

This can be heard on nine tracks - including the Fanta4 classics "Es wird Regen geben" and "Krieger", which catapults them into the modern era.

Joy of playing and team spirit are the co-pilots, the team manages to find their bearings thanks to the grin indicator.

You can feel that it was very important to everyone involved to let the positive energy flow into the sound.

Thomas D: "With these two records, we can now really step on the gas live, a two-and-a-half-hour, sweat-inducing show in a class of its own."
