Since their beginnings in Helsinki 30 years ago, The Rasmus have become one of Finland's biggest musical exports, selling millions of albums worldwide with chart-topping hits that have achieved cult status. Founded by frontman and creative soul Lauri Ylönen, The Rasmus started out as a classic school band and over the years have grown into a band of international stature. Supported by the renowned American label Better Noise Music and producer Joseph McQueen, known for his work with bands such as As I Lay Dying and Bad Wolves, they have refined and redefined their sound. This creative collaboration has allowed The Rasmus to push musical boundaries and boldly evolve.
