For over five decades, The King's Singers have set the gold standard of a cappella singing on the world's most prestigious stages. Their unparalleled technique, musicality and versatility make them an indispensable part of the international music scene. Their award-winning discography includes two Grammy Awards, an Emmy Award and an induction into Gramophone music magazine's Hall of Fame. In 2023, The King's Singers demonstrated their musical diversity with three unique albums: a tribute to Renaissance composers, a collection of commissioned works - including György Ligeti's "Nonsense Madrigals" - and an album celebrating Disney's 100th anniversary with 25 new arrangements of well-known film classics. Since their formation in 1968, they have commissioned over 200 works from leading composers such as Eric Whitacre and György Ligeti, creating a unique collection of arrangements. In addition to their concerts with over 100 performances per year, they are involved in music education and promotion worldwide. In 2018, on the occasion of their 50th anniversary, they founded "The King's Singers Global Foundation" in the USA. This initiative promotes the creation of new music, supports up-and-coming artists and enables musical education for people of all backgrounds.
