The Deadnotes

Music is everything.

It is the ups and downs, the euphoria and lethargy. It comforts you, it drowns you, only to pull you up again, kiss you deeply and stay with you forever. Two people who have deeply internalized this are Darius Lohmüller and Jakob Walheim. With an unwavering 'all or nothing' mentality, the two friends have been running their band THE DEADNOTES since their early teens. Driven by pure determination and passion, they traveled all over Europe together, stood on stage over 600 times, experienced the best and the most grueling moments of their lives, broke themselves, got into debt several times, but never questioned for a day that they were in it together for the best of all things. THE DEADNOTES' new album will be released in spring 2025 via Grand Hotel van Cleef. It's certainly not a concept album, but one that tells a story that is ultimately about the music in all things. About wanting to do everything without compromise. It's just obvious that these songs have to be performed on stage. From March 2025, the band will be live as a quartet on the "Rock'n'Roll Savior" tour From Wednesday, 20.11.24, tickets for five club concerts in March and a show in November in the former home of Freiburg will be available via the band's store and ghvc-shop.de. "December 31st", the diary-like intro to the new album, will also be released: it sounds like a new beginning, it sounds like a new start, it's music - "I wanna blow up in the endless noise ofwhatever's left to come"
