In the fourth concert of the BEGEGNUNGEN series, Tetra Brass will explore what is hidden in "Sammelsurium Nr. 1 für Trompeten". The music comes from the composer Johannes X. Schachtner, who, himself trained on the trumpet, traces - sometimes bizarre - lines of development of brass instruments and negotiates them with special playing techniques in his works. His works show the diversity of chamber music - always located between tradition and experiment. It is therefore time to dedicate a concert evening to his music and to premiere his new piece written for Tetra Brass.

With its concert series,Tetra Brass creates a space to place music in a contemporary context: Being very close to the music, immersing yourself in the sound directly with the musicians, experiencing music together in a living room atmosphere!
