Rumpelstil's flashlight concerts are swinging and rocking evening concerts for the whole family. They are played in the open air, on open-air stages. For many children, the torchlight concert is the first concert that starts in the evening and takes place in the open air - a real experience. In early fall, as the summer draws to a close, children and adults pack their blankets, cushions and thermos flasks and check the functions of their flashlights. The concert starts in daylight, but only an hour later it gets dark and everyone moves closer together. It's time to sing along loudly, dance wildly and light up artistically. And when it is really dark, the children's flashlights become the real stars of the concert.

The flashlight concerts are often attended by "highly equipped" kids. With headlamps, flashlights, left and right, glow sticks, bicycle lights, car headlights, home-made searchlights and glowing fishing rods.

The highlight of the concert is the flashlight song, which the concertgoers sing together with the band and then write their big and small wishes into the firmament, completely enchanted, grinning from ear to ear and sometimes in love, sometimes chattering their teeth.
