Dance theater piece "The way we (de)-construct"

Premiere, on 04.05.2025 at 7 pm in Junges Theater, Göttingen

The spaces we have created provide security, structure and orientation. How we use a space is inscribed in the space like on a blackboard.
The nature of the space is predetermined. The atmosphere along a lonely village street on the edge of a forest or in the middle of a large square in the heart of the city.
Numerous encounters separated by invisible walls and the fleetingness of the moment.

What happens when we leave the spaces we have created? What paths emerge? What happens when the boundaries dissolve? Who are you and who are we in these spaces?

The dance theater piece "The way we (de)-construct" explores these questions and takes us on a journey out of our own box and into the space in between. At its core, the piece deals with the perspective of migration.
