Taimane Tauiliili Bobby Gardner, a name that sounds like a legend in Hawaii, has two great passions: her homeland and the island instrument, the ukulele. She began playing the "soul of Hawaii" - as the locals affectionately call the ukulele - when she was just five years old. Today, she is known far beyond the palm groves of Hawaii. It is not for nothing that she was crowned "Favorite Entertainer of the Year" in 2019 and 2023 with the prestigious Nā Hōkū Hanohano Award. She now has over 500,000 followers on her social media channels and has collected more than 50 million video views worldwide.
With her exceptional technique on the ukulele and her ability to weave classical music, flamenco, tribal rhythms, rock and her own compositions into an unmistakable tapestry of sound, Taimane creates a concert experience that is second to none.
