Taiko Groove Fest - Taiko Konzert mit Kaoly Asano (Tokyo) & Kion Dojo Hamburg

Kaoly Asano from Tokyo/Japan is one of the most extraordinary personalities in the world of taiko drumming and has created a way of playing taiko that is as modern and original as it is timeless. The founder of the internationally successful taiko band GOCOO has had numerous fans and admirers worldwide since 1997. GOCOO have already contributed their deeply quivering and multi-layered taiko grooves to the "Matrix" soundtrack or have been praised to the skies by Quincy Jones. Their music spans Japanese tradition as well as pop and rock!

Together with the taiko school Kion Dojo, Kaoly will bring a very special taiko concert to Hamburg, with quiet, exciting sounds, big drum thunderstorms, unbridled energy and joy, as well as numerous opportunities to marvel and admire, join in, sing and dance.
