Simone Sommerland "Mach mit, Mausi Maus!"

In the organizer's words:

A musical reading for children aged 3 and over

The first picture book by the successful singer Simone Sommerland about courage, joy and solidarity. With short vocal exercises to join in.

Let the show begin! The forest animals are excited because a concert is to take place in their clearing. Mousey Mouse is also keen to take part - but he's never sung before and a stage like that is pretty scary. It's just as well that the little mouse can ask his friends for advice: The rabbit children drum as if they have rhythm in their blood, and nobody croaks louder than the frogs or hums better than the bees. But the best tip comes at the end: making music together is the most fun! And when you're having fun and enjoying yourself, that's enough, as we all know

Simone is a singer, singing teacher and mother of three. When it comes to singing and dancing, Simone is completely in her element. This is something she particularly enjoys sharing with her youngest listeners, as she knew from kindergarten that she wanted to be a singer one day. Growing up on a farm, she began her dance training at the age of twelve and took her first classical singing lessons a little later. She later studied jazz and popular singing. She caught stage fever while still at school and made her first recordings at the age of seventeen. Simone has been on stage ever since and has already sung on over 60 albums, many of which have been certified gold and platinum. She lives in the rural Ruhr area, where she also passes on her knowledge and enthusiasm for singing and music in her music school.
