Sziget Festival is more than just a music festival, it is a vibrant escape from everyday life, where every day unfolds with new excitement. With a global program of pop, rock, electronic and R'n'B, Sziget Festival offers over 50 stages right in the heart of Budapest, on Óbuda Island. The Sziget Festival also features a colorful program of cabaret, comedy, performances, workshops, wellness activities, installations, performances and art. The festival, also known as the Island of Freedom, is a community-driven festival that invites festival-goers, also known as Szitizens, to celebrate creativity, tolerance, freedom and love, experience unforgettable moments and cement Sziget's status as the world's must-attend music festival. Over the years, the festival has provided a stage for renowned acts such as Arctic Monkeys, Billie Eilish, David Bowie, Dua Lipa, Justin Bieber, Fred again..., Post Malone, Prince, Florence + the Machine, Radiohead, Foo Fighters, Ed Sheeran, Kendrick Lamar, Stromae and many more.
