What is the soul? What does it look like, this invisible, incomprehensible thing? Where is it located, what do we need it for? Christina Röckl talked to children about this difficult question and combined the astonishing answers with expressive, picturesque images. The resulting book "Und dann platzt der Kopf", which was awarded the German Youth Literature Prize, is a wild journey into the unknown, an interplay of funny, abstruse and touching thoughts. On the occasion of the exhibition "Galli - See how you get along", we would like to explore the expressive visual worlds of Galli and Christina Röckl with you. Together with the picture book artist, we will look for our own answers to the inexplicable and create colorful pictures using the Geli-Print technique in the subsequent workshop.
