With antique furniture like grandma's, a touch of the Orient, Johnny Cash and Elvis posters on the walls and the typical fortress vaults, there is a special living room feeling that invites you to relax.

In addition to delicious drinks at fair prices, there are also table football tables and dart boards.

Fri, February 28: Handmade music with Be-Swingt

"Be-Swingt" are Ulrike Nocker (voc) and Oliver Vogt (piano). True to Duke Ellington's motto "Jazz doesn't mean saying a thing, jazz means the way it's said", the two like to dedicate themselves to various melodies from different genres. Jazz standards from the American Song Books, which have been the basic canon of jazz music for many years, are just as much a part of the program as songs from the 60s, 70s and 80s. The main thing is that the music is good and fun to play and interpret. Latin, swing, bossa nova are represented as well as blues and jazz ballads. Ulrike's warm, bluesy voice and Oliver's sensitive piano playing bring the songs straight to the listener's heart and make the musical experience perfect.

The Arnulf Wenning Trio convince with 100% handmade music. They stylishly interpret hits from 1920 to 2020 in their very own way, with the unique sound of vocals, flute, accordion and percussion. Unique sound - pure hits - danceable and entertaining - 100% live!

Fri, March 14: Handmade music with Unbeschwert feat. Uli Haase

The special cover band provides a carefree musical evening. They interpret and perform selected excellent classics of rock and pop music live for the audience! They cover titles by: Tina Turner, Ray Charles, ZZ-Top, Joe Cocker, Roxette, Queen, CCR, Amy Winehouse ... and German classics by Felix de Luxe (Michy Reinke), Jule Neigel, Peter Maffay and Heinz-Rudolf Kunze. Of course, you'll also hear good old East German rock from greats like Silly, Nina Hagen, Karat and the Puhdys. Special guest Uli Haase will support the band with his saxophone.

Fri, March 28: Handmade music with Goosebumps

Diana Hildebrandt (vocals) and Frank Kroll (guitar) play songs that get under your skin. The two have been touring the country since 2005 to inspire listeners. Goosebumps means goosebumps. And that's exactly what you get when you listen to them. With a repertoire of Eric Clapton and Melissa Etheridge and their own wonderful songs, there is something for everyone. Diana gives titles such as "Angel" by Sarah McLachlan, "Chasing Cars" by Snow Patrol, "Here comes the rain again" by the Eurythmics or "Ironic" by Alanis Morissette a very special touch with her sensitive yet powerful voice. And Frank Kroll's part as guitarist is congenial.

An extraordinary musical experience awaits all music lovers on May 9 at the Festung Mark when the legendary band "LENNOCKS-LIVE" takes to the stage in a quartet version. The band "LENNOCKS-LIGHT" is a name that has long been known and loved in Magdeburg and beyond. With the three experienced musicians Mick Lennocks, Mario Born and Bernd Braun, the band has an impressive stage experience of over 20 years, which gives them a solid foundation and incomparable talent. The 21-year-old singer Antonia brings a fresh and impressive voice to the group that will take listeners' hearts by storm.

"LENNOCKS-LIGHT" stands for versatility, and their repertoire ranges from classic hits to contemporary songs. With their own rock'n'roll and pop sound, the band will take the audience on a journey through music history and provide an unforgettable musical experience.
