Stadlober / Tucholsky: Wenn wir einmal nicht grausam sind, dann meinen wir gleich, wir seien gut

The actor, author and singer Robert Stadlober is going on tour with his Kurt Tucholsky program and is also making a stop at the ROMANFABRIK. Kurt Tucholsky's thoughts on the course of time, which are already over 100 years old, have unfortunately lost none of their topicality. Robert Stadlober combines them with his melodies and music (book + LP of the same name: Verbrecher Verlag/Staatsakt 2024). It is about the impossibilities of human interaction. In matters of love as well as in matters of hate, about the senselessness of violence and the hopelessness of politics, which seeks to convey itself through violence. It is about the longing for a kind of real life and the perpetual struggle of the many for a small piece of the whole. And Robert Stadlober sings, speaks and reminds us that so much has not changed since Kurt Tucholsky said: "If we are not cruel, then we immediately think we are good".
