Soziale Stadttour in Bochum

In the organizer's words:

What does it mean to be homeless? What help is available and how can you find your way back? The bodo social city tours invite you to take a tour of Bochum and change your perspective.

Our tour guides know the streets from two perspectives: they have experienced homelessness themselves, know the streets and the way back. They are now permanently employed by bodo as tour guides and helpers for the homeless.

On the two-hour tours, they explain the causes and dimensions of homelessness and also describe their own experiences. They also show what help is available to ensure survival and what it takes to end homelessness.

Open tours are always offered on the 2nd Saturday of the month in Dortmund and on the 3rd Saturday of the month in Bochum. Info & booking: touren@bodoev.de, 0231-9509780.
