Silk Road Special - End of the year - Special guests: Die Kramps

After a year with many highlights - appearances at festivals such as the Karneval der Kulturen in Berlin and as the support band for Germany's best-known ska band The Busters - Silk Road Special will be playing at the Buddel Bar Oldenburg at the end of the year.

Special guests Die Kramps will open the evening:

Danceable action budget rock'n'roll, blues and garage sound in the style of The Oblivians, The Cramps, Tav Falco, Modern Lovers, The Gun Club and the unmistakable Memphis garage blues sound from the Bremen duo founded in 2020. If your soul is even a little black, wild and smoky, it will blossom with this sound.

This is followed by Silk Road Special:

Silk Road Special is a musical vagabond troupe, with roots from Kazakhstan to Ireland. They don't give a damn about genre boundaries and throw together everything that makes you shake your leg and bob your head. They passionately serve up a hot meal from a bubbling cauldron of sound that mixes klezmer, ska and Balkan beats, seasoned with a pinch of funk, a handful of jazz and a hint of Eastern European heaviness of heart. Their concerts are escapades that lead straight into dance madness - full of surprises, tempo changes and dizzying spirals of melody. Silk Road Special is an invitation to dance ecstasy. Ready for the madness?
