Black Gold - the Magdeburg cult format enters its 98th round!

On Friday, February 21, 2025, everything in the Kunstkantine Magdeburg will once again revolve around the true, the honest, the crackling vinyl. From 7:30 pm, the doors will open for a night full of music, passion and stories from the groove.

The rules are simple but sacred: each person plays three songs. No mixing, no digital tricks - just vinyl. No song longer than seven minutes, clapping after each song. Because this is about love of music, about listening, about a shared experience.

And when the last note has faded? Then we don't just call it a night. We'll spin a few treasures from our record box throughout the night and invite you to sink in, to continue talking, to dream between record sleeves and glasses of beer.
