Schreibworkshop – Atelier d'écriture & Lecture mit Juliette Aubert-Affholder

The translator and author Juliette Aubert-Affholder, winner of the Nerval Goethe Prize 2022, invites all writing and literature enthusiasts to a writing workshop. The workshop is open to 8 German-speaking and 8 French-speaking participants and is based on the author and Nobel Prize for Literature winner Annie Ernaux. We will approach her work through excerpts from her books (The Square, The Years, ...), which will lead to 2 or 3 writing tasks to be discussed in the group. In the evening, the participants' texts will be presented in a reading.

Juliette Aubert-Affholder, l'autrice et traductrice lauréate du Prix Nerval-Goethe, vous invite à un atelier d'écriture destiné à tous les passionnés d'écriture et de littérature en langues française et allemande. The workshop is open to 8 francophone and 8 germanophone participants and focuses on the writer and laureate of the Nobel Prize for Literature Annie Ernaux. After a brief biographical presentation, we will delve into her polyform oeuvre through extracts from various works (La place, Les Années, ...). This in-depth analysis will lead to 2 or 3 writing assignments, followed by a joint reading and a presentation of the participants' texts during a lecture.
