Schmuckkurs Ringe

In this course we will focus on making rings from 0.8 mm thick brass and copper sheet. At the beginning of the course we will sketch ideas together on paper. I will explain the technical implementation step by step. As we work without a flame, no stone setting or soldering is possible. We design winding rings that are adjustable in size. Corresponding shapes are sawn out of the flat sheet metal. Here we use various creative means so that no two rings are the same. Among other things, letter punches can be used to punch in short texts. Other structures can be created with a hammer or file. I look forward to your registration!

It is also possible to work in silver. Please register in advance at mail@mareenalburg.de up to one week before the start of the course, as I order the silver separately. The corresponding material costs will be added to the course fee.

No previous knowledge is required.
Please bring an apron if you have one.

You pay the course fee directly to the course instructor Mareen on the day of the course, in cash or by card. A voucher for €70 can also be purchased in advance and then redeemed.
