SAMUEL WOOTTON'S ALLSORTS

Samuel Wootton is a percussionist, composer and producer. He is inspired by jazz, world music and beat-oriented music, unconditionally unbiased, keen to experiment and always in search of music that touches him emotionally. He finds what he is looking for in the Dadaist music of Tom Zé as well as in Kae Tempest or Tom Waits. His own music has depth, humor and impressive instrumental variety. It tells stories and creates unique moods with pulsating rhythms and intimate melodies. His debut album "Allsorts" was released on 05.01.2024 under his own name. He performs his music live with a top-class band "Samuel Wootton's Allsorts". He offers the performers a playground for improvisation and creates an interface between composed music, improvised music and spoken word.
