Salut Salon : Heimat

Two violins, a cello, a piano - and an abundance of creative energy: Salut Salon are "Hamburg's most charming cultural export" (Hamburger Abendblatt). For over 20 years, the four virtuosos have been performing their "masterpieces of 'classical' comedy" (The New York Times) in the world's most renowned concert halls, delighting their audiences with madcap parlor rides between Vivaldi and vocal acrobatics, tango and crime scene, rap and Rachmaninov.

With their new program "Heimat" , Salut Salon will also be celebrating the finale of a concert trilogy from 2025: "Love" and "Dreams" are now followed by the next big, almost all-encompassing theme. A word that comes naturally to the lips and yet immediately raises the question: What exactly is it exactly? Is home a place? A tradition? A feeling? Is it the people who surround you? Or perhaps words, languages, sounds? In any case, home is a very moving subject - especially for the musicians of Salut Salon, who come from far-flung homelands between Hamburg and Estonia, Ukraine and the USA and now perform together in all corners of the world.
